Returns and Exchanges
Shâwelle allows for returns and exchanges within 7 days upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Item must be in its original purchase condition. Packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
For change of mind purchases (Returns and Exchanges), shipping costs associated with the return of the product are to be covered by the customer.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any items that we do not receive.
For all Returns: Once your return parcel is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. What do I do if I had an allergic reaction?
Since different skin types and conditions may react differently to a particular product, we always suggest reviewing the listed ingredients of products to help you identify any sensitivities with certain ingredients.
