Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact customer support on info@shawelle.com. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@shawelle.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Allergies (if applicable)
In the case of any allergic reactions, please contact our customer service team at info@shawelle.com. Please note we will require proof of any allergic reactions claimed and can only approve refunds where no more than 30% of the product has been used which will be determined upon receiving your returned product.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us on info@shawelle.com within 5 days of receiving your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any items that we do not receive.
Shipping rates
Australia wide:
Free shipping on all orders over $100 (allow 2-3 business days)
Otherwise standard express shipping rate of $10 applies.
International:
Free worldwide shipping for all orders over $150 to New Zealand and over $200 to all other countries (allow up to 7 business days).
Otherwise a standard express shipping rate of $15 applies to New Zealand customers and $20 to customers of all other countries.
Note: shipping times may vary depending on public holidays.
Please note: Shâwelle is not responsible for any taxes/duties that customs may impose on parcels in some countries. Due to unprecedented delays in postage in current times, you parcel may arrive later than expected.
